In March 2025, women gathered to celebrate the Inaugural National Confidence Without Regret™ Day, founded by Dr. Shurvone Wright to honor transformation, resilience, and faith.
That day sparked a movement of healing and renewal that continues to grow. Now, the journey continues with the Called to Confidence™ Conference: Surviving the Climb, Answering the Higher Call. This second gathering carries the same heartbeat of empowerment and spiritual awakening, inviting you to climb higher, mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Shurvone Wright
As the visionary founder of La’ BossPreneur Academy of Creative Solutions, Dr. Shurvone
Wright brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to women ready to silence fear,
dismantle self-doubt, and walk boldly into their God-given purpose — with confidence and
without regret.
She is a wife, the mother of three daughters, and the joyful grandmother — lovingly known as
Yaya — to a beautiful granddaughter. She is also a certified insight coach practitioner, AI
certified consultant, Canva trainer, bestselling author, and self-publishing / writing coach. Dr.
Shurvone is currently enrolled in the Jezreel School of Theology, deepening her commitment to
spiritual growth, biblical understanding, and faith-rooted leadership.
She is the powerhouse behind the Confidence Without Regret Movement, a national message of
faith, identity, and emotional restoration officially recognized as National Confidence Without
Regret Day — celebrated every March 16th. Rooted in her own journey of surrender, healing,
and identity, this movement continues to empower women to rewrite their stories, embrace their
worth, and step unapologetically into divine purpose.
