About Tiffany James

Tiffany emerged stronger and now serves as a guiding light for others. With steady faith and determination, she went back to school and earned a BA in English with a minor in creative writing just before turning 49, showing that it’s never too late to chase your goals.

During that same season, she built on her mission by launching the “You Belong in the Room” one-day encouragement retreats and curated boxes. The retreats give women a safe space to show up as their full, authentic selves. The boxes include her book Living in the Land of I Am: Your Life Story Reveals Your Purpose and personalized poetry postcards. They also highlight other female entrepreneurs who may not have physical storefronts, giving their work visibility and support. Tiffany sees these boxes as a way of bringing women into the rooms she has had the privilege to enter, helping their businesses grow and shining a light on their gifts.

Through workshops, storytelling, encouragement coaching, speaking engagements, and her book, Tiffany shares a steady message about embracing who you were created to be. She is a strong communicator who connects deeply with audiences. For her, success is not just financial gain but the courage to stay true to yourself while walking in purpose.
