Dr. Shurvone Wright is a Certified Insight Coach Practitioner, AI Certified Consultant, Canva Trainer, bestselling author, and Self-Publishing / Writing Coach. As the visionary founder of La’ BossPreneur Academy of Creative Solutions, she brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to women ready to rise above fear, silence self-doubt, and step boldly into their God-given purpose — with confidence and without regret.
She is the powerhouse behind the Confidence Without Regret™ Movement, a national message of faith, identity, and emotional restoration that became officially recognized as National Confidence Without Regret Day — celebrated every March 16th. Rooted in her own journey of surrender, healing, and identity, this movement continues to empower women to rewrite their stories, embrace their worth, and walk unapologetically in divine purpose.
Dr. Shurvone holds an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism, is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, and is the Women Changing the World Bronze Award Winner, Woman of the Year. She also received a Certification of Recognition from the City of Brentwood, California, honoring her as the founder of National Confidence Without Regret Day, the city where she proudly resides with her husband.
Through La’ BossPreneur Academy, she mentors purpose-driven women, authors, and creatives through faith-based coaching in self-publishing, writing, digital product creation, Canva, AI, and confidence-building. The Academy also hosts the annual Confidence Without Regret Conferences, creating transformational spaces where women gather to learn, heal, grow, and rise together.
