About Stephanie Williams

Area Director-Joni and Friends Ministry | Speaker

Stephanie Williams serves as the Area Director for Joni and Friends Bay Area, a ministry dedicated to sharing the hope of the Gospel and providing practical help to people living with disability and their families. Before joining Joni and Friends, she was the Director of The Well Christian Community Outreach Center, where the food pantry grew from serving 30 families a month to 140 families each week under her leadership.

She also teaches Servant Leadership at The Rock School of Ministry, equipping others to lead with humility and purpose. A proud veteran, Stephanie served in Desert Storm as an administrative specialist with the 800th Military Police Brigade in Saudi Arabia.

Stephanie’s life and calling are anchored in Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord…” This promise has guided her with confidence through every season of her career and her walk with God. The theme “Called to Confidence” reflects her belief that confidence is not something we stumble upon. It is something we activate through faith. Because of Christ, we can do all things, believe all things, and live all things, for we have all been Called to Confidence.
